I'm Laura Lynn Reyes, a designer born with Filipino/German roots and based in Zurich, Switzerland. My studies at the University of the Arts allowed me to combine fascinations with in-depth design principles.

Working for gastronomic projects raised my awareness of organic waste—the by-product of food production. Intrigued by raw aesthetics and tactility, I began questioning: "Can design help us understand waste as something valuable?" and "How can this value become visible and tangible?"

What began as an exploration into the potential of Organic waste evolved into The approach of utilizing waste-based materials as tools TO Explore–Combining Material Experiments, Research And Design Practices.
